    Acro Dance -
    Every Monday with Samantha Smith:
    Explore how acrobatic forms and skills can be transformed into a high intensity movement form. Dive, leap, jump, transition all of your acrobatic knowledge into this new skills class with Samantha Smith, who is a highly acclaimed Acrobat and Acro Dance trainer.
    *Requires prior acro/gymnastics and/or dance experience.

    Contortion Acro Fun -
    On Wednesdays with Sarah Healy:
    Learn how to flex and contort your body with control, strength and stamina, while also having lots of fun! This is a great introduction for young, bendy kids who want to build up their strength and confidence while achieving extreme flexibility.

    Acro Conditioning -
    Wednesday evenings with Sarah Healy:
    This is the perfect class to build the strength and skills needed for further acrobatic training. In this class, you will participate in a mixture of floor-based exercises which will build your strength and stamina. This is class is great for those looking to go into an acrobatic program as well as anyone looking for a full body conditioning class.
