The Make Smoking History Targa West

The Make Smoking History Targa West is set to rev up Perth for the 16th time over the 16th – 19th September 2021. The competitors will compete on closed road special stages in and around Perth, Whiteman Park, Ellenbrook, Kalamunda (including the infamous Zig Zag), Parkerville, Toodyay, Chittering and Bullsbrook along with Malaga prior to the finalé at the City of Perth Special Stage along Riverside Drive next to the spectacular Swan River.

A Tarmac Rally is a unique form of motorsport where Tarmac Rally Cars compete on roads closed for competition. Cars start at 30 second intervals and race against the clock with the winner being the car that is fastest over all stages. Cars are grouped into classes and there are categories for full Competition, Targa 130, Targa 165 and even an Electric Vehicle category.
